11 MCA 459 of 2024.doc (a) The transfer of Divorce Petition filed by the husband before the Family Court at Ahmednagar to Family Court at Bandra.

There is an ex parte order passed by Family Court, Ahmednagar. The applicant/ wife has applied for setting aside that order. Certain grievance is raised about the manner in which the ex parte order came to be passed. It can be considered by concerned Court only. The respondent/ husband is an Advocate practicing in that area. The applicant is at liberty to ask for adjournment from the concerned Court.
