DATE : 9 SEPTEMBER , 2025 P.C. :- 1) Mr. Parab, learned Advocate appearing for the Applicant/wife submits that the mediation process has failed. He submits that this Miscellaneous Civil Application is filed by the wife seeking transfer of the proceedings filed by the husband before the Family Court at Pune to the Family Court at Bandra. He submits that the Applicant has also to take care of one and half year son. She is not employed and is residing with her parents. He submits that the Respondent has been served. However, there is no appearance filed of any Advocate on behalf of the Respondent.

2) Stand over to 26 September, 2025.

3) In the meanwhile, there will be ad-interim relief in terms of prayer clause (B).
