This is a transfer application filed by the applicant - wife, seeking transfer of Petition filed for restitution of conjugal rights by the respondent-husband in the Family Court, Pune to the Family Court at Bandra, Mumbai.

After this matter was argued for some time, learned counsel for the respondent-husband, on instructions, fairly states that though the respondent-husband is staying in Pune, he will have no objection if the matter is transferred to the Family Court at Bandra, Mumbai, since their son of one and half year old is staying with the applicant -

The Misc. Civil Application stands allowed in terms of prayer clause (A).
