The Respondent-husband has filed restitution of conjugal rights petition before Pune Family Court. Applicant-wife wants transfer of that petition to Bandra Family Court for following reasons:

(i) She is residing at Malad.

(ii) She is having one and half year old child. 2.

Issue notice, returnable on 24 January 2025.

It is made clear that the applicant-wife is not exempted from taking appropriate steps before Pune Court.
