The learned counsel for the applicants submits that the spare copy of the application for service on the respondent would be furnished during the course of the day.

Let the spare copy be furnished within a weeks time. 4.

If the spare copy is furnished, notice be issued to the respondent returnable 21st March, 2025.

If the spare copy is not supplied within a weeks time, the application shall stand dismissed without further reference to the Court.

The interim arrangement made earlier shall continue to operate till the next date.
