The Applicant-Husband wants transfer of two proceedings filed by Respondent-Wife before Chief Judicial Magistrate,Nashik and before Family Court, Nashik to Family Court, Pune. His divorce petition is pending before Family Court,Pune. Whereas there is a Misc. Civil Application No.304/24 filed by the wife seeking transfer of Family Court, Pune proceedings to Nashik Court. 3.

Issue notice to Respondent-Wife, returnable on 10 January 2025. The Applicant-Husband is at liberty to serve copy of this MCA to learned Advocate for the wife who is appearing in that proceedings.
