The present transfer Application is preferred for transfer of the following proceedings and reasons:- (a) Transfer of the Divorce proceedings filed by the Respondenthusband before the Court of learned Civil Judge, Senior Division-Karjat, District : Ahmadnagar to the Court of learned Civil Judge, Senior Division - Islampur, District : Sangli. (b) It is for the sake of convenience. Furthermore, the Applicantwife has filed a Domestic Violence proceeding which is pending at Islampur, District : Sangli.
