The present transfer application is preferred for transfer of the following proceedings and reasons:- (i) Transfer of Marriage Petition No.43/2023 filed by the Respondent-husband before the CJSD, Solapur to learned Family Court, Pune.

(ii) The reason is inconvenience and problematic for the applicant-wife to attend the proceedings at Solapur. 3.
