This is a transfer application filed by the wife seeking transfer of divorce proceedings filed by the husband before the Civil Judge, Senior Division Solapur, to Family Court at Pune. 2.

The DV proceedings is filed by the wife at Pune and an application for interim maintenance filed in DV proceedings is now kept on 26th September 2025 "for Argument".

It is the case of the Applicant wife that she is unemployed and is at present at the Mercy of her parents staying at Wagholi, District Pune. The husband is Zilha Parishad Teacher residing at Solapur. The husband was successful in the custody litigation of two childrens aged 14 years and 8 years.

Since it is argued before me that the interim maintenance application is on 26th September 2025 before the Family Court Pune, I am adjourning this matter to 1st October 2025. 5.

It is positively expected from the Family Court at Pune to hear and pass an order before the next date of hearing. 6.
