DATE : 14 OCTOBER, 2025 P.C. :- 1) After the matter was argued for some time, Mr.Shinde, learned advocate appearing for the respondent on instructions from his client submits that his client has no objection if the present Miscellaneous Civil Application is allowed.

2) The present Miscellaneous Civil Application is allowed in terms of prayer clause (a). The said prayer clause (a) reads as under :- (a) This Hon'ble Court be pleased to, transfer the papers and proceedings of Marriage Petition No. 43 of 2023 filed by the Respondent - husband in the Court of Ld. Civil Judge Senior Division Solapur, District- Solapur to Ld. Family Court Pune, Dist. Pune;

KVM 2/2 52 - MCA 469 OF 2024.doc 3) The proceedings of Marriage Petition No. 43 of 2023 pending before the Civil Judge, Senior Division, Solapur be transferred to the Family Court, Pune within a period of four weeks from today. 4) The respondent-husband is permitted to attend the Court proceedings by video conferencing. However, if the Judge hearing the matter is of the opinion that personal appearance is necessary, the respondent-husband shall be required to attend the proceedings in person before the Court.
