The present transfer Application is preferred for transfer of the following proceedings and reasons:- (a) Transfer of the Marriage Petition filed and pending before the learned Civil Judge, Senior Division-Khed, District:Ratnagiri to the Court of learned Joint Civil Judge, Senior Division-Solapur. (b) It is for the sake of convenience. Furthermore, the proceeding of Restitution of Conjugal Rights is at Solapur. 3.

In view of that, issue notice to the Respondent-husband returnable on 24th January 2025.
