The present transfer Application is preferred for transfer of the following proceedings and reasons:- (a) Transfer of the Marriage Petition filed and pending before the learned Principal Judge, Family Court - Pune to the Court of learned Civil Judge, JMFC at Vasai, District : Thane. (b) It is for the reason that the Domestic Proceeding is filed at Vasai. 3.

In view of that, issue notice to the Respondent-husband returnable on 24th January 2025.
