DATE : 22 SEPTEMBER, 2025 P.C. :- 1) This is an application filed by the husband seeking transfer of the D.V. proceedings pending before the 65th Metropolitan Magistrate Court at Andheri to the Family Court at Bandra. 2) It is the case of the applicant that he is a tax consultant staying at Andheri. The respondent wife is staying alongwith two daughters of the applicant and the respondent. She has voluntarily left her matrimonial house as there were disputes between the applicant and the respondent. The applicant needs to take care of his parents. The respondent has maliciously filed a complaint under Section 498-A of the Indian Penal Code, so also, a D.V. complaint. The divorce petition has been filed by the applicant before the Family
