Heard learned Advocate for the Applicant-husband. 2.

The transfer Application is filed on 4th October 2024. The husband has filed a Restitution Petition before the Family Court at Pune. It was transferred. Now, the husband has filed this Application for transfer of Petition filed before the Family Court, Nashik to Family Court at Pune.

3.

As on today, the wife is residing at Dubai and she has appeared before the Nashik Court through video conferencing facilities. Satish Sangar 1/2

Even if, the wife is not going to attend physically but she will be attending virtually. So, if the Petition is transferred to Pune wherein the wife otherwise also is attending, is not going to cause her inconvenience. 4.

In view of that, issue notice to the Respondent-wife returnable on 7th February 2025. Private notice, in addition, is allowed. Affidavit of service be filed.
