Heard learned Advocate Shri.More for the Applicant-wife. She is praying for transfer on following grounds:- (a) She has filed a Petition before the Bandra Family Court, Mumbai.

(b) The husband has filed a Petition before Family Court, Pune after filing of the Petition by the wife.

(c) The husband is going to appear before the Bandra Family Court virtually because he is residing outside India in Canada.

It is causing inconvenience to the wife who is required to go to Pune Court physically.

Issue notice to the Respondent-husband returnable on 7th February 2025.
