The present transfer application is preferred for transfer of the following proceedings and reasons:- (i) Transfer of Matrimonial Petition No.18/2024 filed by the Respondent-husband before the CJSD, Panaji, Goa to Family Court at Pune.

(ii) The reason is academic loss of applicant's minor son and inconvenience for the applicant-wife to attend the proceedings at Goa.
