Heard the learned Counsel for the applicant.

The learned Counsel for the petitioner undertakes to furnish spare copy of the application for service of notice to the respondent.

Let the spare copy of the application, for service of notice on the respondent, be furnished in the Registry within a period of one week.

If the spare copy is furnished, issue notice to the respondent, returnable on 25th April, 2025.

In addition to notice through Court, the applicant is at liberty to serve the respondent by private service and file an affidavit of service.

In the event the spare copy of the application is not furnished in the Registry within the said period of one week, this application shall stand dismissed without further reference to the Court.

In the meanwhile, the learned Civil Judge at Panji, Goa, is requested to defer the hearing in Marriage Petition No.18 of 2024 beyond 25th April, 2025.
