The husband filed Divorce Petition at Mahad. The wife has filed an Application for Maintenance under Section 125 of the Code of Criminal Procedure, 1973 ("Cr.P.C.") before the Family Court at Pune. 2.

Now, the present Application is filed by the wife for transfer of Divorce Petition filed at Mahad to the Court of Family Court, Pune. Now, the matter is posted for passing "No W.S." order before the Mahad Court. She is at liberty to request for adjournment from Mahad Court on account of filing of this transfer Application.
