Heard learned Advocate for the Applicant-wife. 2.

The husband has filed a Divorce proceeding before the Court of Civil Judge, Senior Division, Sangamner. Applicant wife wants transfer of the same to Family Court, Pune. The reason is, she is having four years daughter and she cannot go to Sangamner unless accompanied by some person.

Issue notice to the Respondent returnable on 7th February 2025. 4.

She has also filed a Domestic Violence proceeding before the Court of Judicial Magistrate First Class at Pimpri Chinchwad and the husband is attending that proceeding.

In fact, the husband is residing at Pimpri Chinchwad. 6.

The Applicant-wife to seek an adjournment from the Sangamner Court on account of filing of this transfer Application. The adjournment be considered positively.
