Learned Counsel for the Respondent submits that Hindu Marriage Petition No.A-63/2024, of which transfer is sought, has already been decided by a judgment and order dated 1 January 2025. A copy of the judgment delivered by the Family Court at Satara, is annexed to the affidavit in reply. 6.
