The present transfer application is preferred for transfer of the following proceedings and reasons:- (i) Transfer of Marriage Petition No.250/2023 filed by the respondent-husband before the Family Court, Pune to Family Court, Bandra.

(ii) The reason is inconvenience to the applicant-wife to attend the proceedings at Pune.
