Heard learned Advocate for the applicant-wife. 2.

The applicant-wife has filed the present application for transfer of two proceedings to relevant Courts at Panvel. She has filed this application on background of following circumstances:-

1) Her husband has filed divorce proceedings before the Court of Civil Judge Senior Division, Sangamner. Now it is fixed for hearing without written-statement.

2) She has already filed D.V. proceeding before JMFC, Wardha.

3) Now she has shifted to Panvel on account of personal reasons.

Issue notice to respondents, returnable on 7 February 2025.

Liberty is granted to the applicant-wife to apply for adjournment before Sangamner Court on account of filing of this transfer application and Sangamner Court to consider her request positively and preferably adjourn the matter on the date after listing of this matter.
