2) After the matter was argued for some time, Mr. Sonawane, learned advocate appearing for the respondent on instructions from his client submits that the respondent has no objection proceedings are transferred from Sangamner to Panvel. 3) In view of the same, the present Miscellaneous Civil Application stands allowed in terms of prayer clause (a). The said prayer clause (a) reads as under :- (a) That this Hon'ble Court be pleased to direct the Learned Civil Judge, Senior Division, Sangamner, Dist. Anmednagar to transfer the Marriage Petition No. 477 of 2023 to Learned Civil Judge

4) The proceedings of Marriage Petition No. 477 of 2023 be transferred to Civil Judge, Senior Division, Panvel within a period of four weeks from today and the hearing of the same is expedited. 5) The respondent-husband is permitted to appear through video conferencing in the proceedings of Civil Judge, Senior Division, Panvel. However, if the Judge hearing the matter is of the opinion that the personal appearance is necessary, the respondent-husband shall be required to attend the proceedings in person before the Court.
