The present transfer application is preferred for transfer of the following proceedings and reasons:- (i) Transfer of Marriage Petition No.352/2022 filed by the Respondent-husband before the Family Court, Dhule to Family Court, Nashik.

(ii) The reason is inconvenience and hardship for the applicantwife to attend the proceedings at Dhule. 3.
