Heard the learned Counsel for the applicant.

Mr. Harshvardhan Tripathi, the respondent, appears inperson. 3.
The respondent submits that he has no objection to transfer the proceedings i.e. DV-265/2023 pending on the file of Judicial Magistrate, First Class, 24th Court, Borivali, to the Family Court at Bandra, where the Petition A-292/2024 filed by him for a decree of dissolution of marriage is pending. 4.
Thus, with the consent of the parties, the application stands allowed and DV-265/2023 pending on the file of Judicial Magistrate, First Class, 24th Court at Borivali stands transferred to the Family Court at Bandra, for hearing and 1/2
16-MCA525-2024.DOC disposal in accordance with law alongwith Petition No.A292/2024. 5.
The learned Judicial Magistrate, First Class, 24th Court at Borivali, shall transfer the record and proceedings in DV265/2023 with such dispatch that it reaches the Family Court at Bandra within a period of four weeks from the date of communication of this order.
