Heard learned Senior Advocate Andhyarujina for the applicants-defendant Nos.12 and 13 and learned Advocate for respondent No.1-plaintiff.

The prayer is to transfer the four suits pending before the City Civil Court. Earlier to enhancement of pecuniary jurisdiction they were filed in this Court. The prayer for transfer is because some of the suits pending in this Court. Compilation of eight plaints is tendered on behalf of the applicants. It is taken on record, marked as Annexure-X. Out of them the suits at Serial Nos.5 to 8 are filed by these two applicants along with Mercantile Corporation. The Suits at Serial Nos.1 to 4 are filed by other plaintiffs. Even though both of them have apprised me about the averments in all these 8 suits, yet this Court has to ascertain how the subject matter of the four suits

LSP 3 901-904 mca 547.24 grp.doc pending before the City Civil Court are connected to the subject matter of the suits pending in this Court.

Let both of them to apprise Court on the next date. Stand over to 3 January 2025.
