The matter is taken on Board by way of a praecipe moved on behalf of the applicant for withdrawal of the Misc. Civil Application. The affidavit of withdrawal affirmed by the authorised signatory of the applicant is annexed to the praecipe. The trial Court has permitted the plaintiff to withdraw the suit unconditionally. The pursis is annexed.
