2) Mr.Mayur Salunke, learned advocate appearing for the respondent (husband) on instructions from his client submits that the respondent has no objection if the matter is transferred from the Judicial Magistrate First Class, Panvel, Navi Mumbai to the Family Court at Nagpur.

3) Hence, the present Miscellaneous Civil Application is allowed in terms of prayer clause (a).
