DATE : 30 SEPTEMBER, 2025 P.C. :- 1) Mr. Kedar Soman, learned advocate appearing for the respondent-husband submits that the arrears towards maintenance amount of Rs.5,24,000/- has been deposited in the bank account of the applicant-wife.

2) After the matter was kept back and called out at afternoon session, both the learned advocates on instructions from their clients agreed that the daughter of the applicant and the respondent who is 10 years of age, would meet the respondenthusband on Saturday, 4 October, 2025 at morning at 11:30 a.m. at the

3) The applicant-wife would accompany the daughter at the said Mall and thereafter, she can be in the mall but not in any manner disturb the said meeting of the daughter of the parties and the respondent-husband. The said meeting of the respondent-husband with his daughter will last upto 4:00 p.m.

4) Stand over to 7 October, 2025 for the purpose of passing orders.
