DATE : 7 OCTOBER, 2025 P.C. :- 1) Mr.Kedar Soman, learned advocate undertakes to file his Vakalatnama by tomorrow.

2) After the matter was argued by both the learned advocates, they have fairly agreed on instructions from their respective clients to dispose off both the Miscellaneous Civil Applications with certain directions.

3) Miscellaneous Civil Application Nos. 560 of 2024 and 561 of 2024 are disposed off with following directions :- (i) The proceedings of P.A. No. 405 of 2020

2/3 pending at Family Court at Pune (Court Room No.5) is expedited and in any case to be disposed off by 31 March, 2027.

(ii) The proceedings of Criminal M.A. No. 827 of 2020 pending before the Judicial Magistrate First Class, Pimpri, Pune is also hereby expedited to be disposed off by 31 March, 2027.

(iii) Both the parties through their learned advocates hereby undertake that they will co-operate with the hearing of both the proceedings and will not seek unnecessary adjournments.

(iv) Learned advocate for the respondenthusband also hereby undertakes that the respondent will comply with the directions given by the Additional Sessions Judge, Pune as regards the maintenance to be paid to the daughter that of Rs.15,000/- per month, would be paid on or before 10th day of each month till the disposal of both the proceedings i.e. P.A.No. 405 of 2020 and Criminal M.A. No. 827 of 2020. The said amount will be directly paid for the convenience in the

3/3 bank account of the applicant-wife.

(v) The applicant-wife also hereby undertakes before this Court that in the interim period, the respondent-husband would also have access of the daughter 'Aditi' on 2nd and 4th Saturday, between 11:00 a.m. to 4:00 p.m. at Little World Mall, Kharghar or any other Mall nearby the residence of the applicant-wife or to the nearby garden.
