The present transfer application is preferred for transfer of the following proceedings and reasons:- (i) Transfer of Marriage Petition No.342/2023 filed by the Respondent-husband before the Family Court, Sangli to Civil Judge Senior Division, Kalyan.

(ii) The reason is inconvenience for the applicant-wife to attend the proceedings at Sangli.
