After the matter was argued for sometime, both the counsel on instructions of their respective clients, have agreed that the Present Miscellaneous Civil Application can be disposed of with certain directions.
2.
Miscellaneous Civil Application is disposed of with following directions.
(i) The four proceedings pending before the Family Court at Alibag i.e. Petition A No.175 of 2023, Petition A No.176 of 2023, Petition E No.81 of 2023 and Petition E No.9 of 2024, the hearing of all the four petitions which are clubbed together is expedited.

35-MCA-664-2024.doc (ii) The Family Court at Alibag is directed to hear the four petitions together expeditiously, and in any case hear and dispose of the same by end of December 2025. Both the parties, through their counsel, undertake that they will not seek unnecessary adjournment before the Family Court at Alibag.
(iii) The Advocate for the Respondent husband agreed to pay the expenses of the travel of the wife from Pune to Alibag for attending each date of the hearing. (iv) The said travel expenses will be paid in advance. (v) Liberty is granted to the Applicant-Wife to attend the Court proceedings before the Family Court at Alibag through Video Conferencing (VC).

The Miscellaneous Civil Application is accordingly disposed of.
