Not on board. Taken on board by way of Praecipe considering the urgency that the divorce petition filed by the Respondent-husband is fixed before the Court of CJSD, at Pune on 18.12.2024. Applicantwife wants transfer of the same to the Family Court, Nanded. She is residing at Mumbai due to job. Otherwise, her parents are residing at Nanded and she has filed Domestic Violence proceeding at Nanded. For some reason or other, she could not attend the Court at Pune. 2.

Issue notice to the Respondent returnable on 07.02.2024. Additionally, private notice is allowed, and service affidavit be filed. Seema 1/2

In the meantime, the Applicant can attend the proceeding of the Court at Pune through Video Conferencing, because that facility can certainly available at Pune. The Pune Court need not insist upon physical presence of the Applicant.
