Heard learned Counsel for the parties.

Mr. Udane, learned Counsel for the respondent, on instructions, submits that the respondent is not averse to the transfer of the Petition No. 1184 of 2023 from the Family Court at Pune to the Court of Civil Judge, Senior Division at Panvel. The learned Counsel submits that, since the respondent has filed a Petition for dissolution of marriage and ARUN RAMCHANDRA SANKPAL the applicant is seeking a decree of nullity of marriage, the parties can by ARUN RAMCHANDRA SANKPAL Date: 2025.03.03 18:03:03 +0530 amicably resolve the dispute.

In view of the aforesaid submissions, the Application stands allowed.

4. Hence, the following order:

: O R D E R :

(i) The application stands allowed in terms of prayer clause (a).

(ii) The Marriage Petition No. 1184 of 2023 pending on the file of Family Court at Pune, stands transferred to the Court of CJSD, Panvel, for hearing and disposal in accordance with law.

(iii) The Marriage Petition No. 1184 of 2023 be heard along with Marriage Petition No. 206 of 2023, as expeditiously as possible.

(iv) The learned Judge, Family Court at Pune, shall transfer the record and proceedings in Marriage Petition No. 1184 of 2023 with such dispatch that it reaches the Court of CJSD, Panvel, within a period of three weeks from the date of communication of this order. (v) Learned CJSD, Panvel, is requested to appoint a Judge-Mediator to explore the possibility of mediated settlement of the dispute before proceeding with the Marriage Petitions.
