Mr. Gaisas, learned counsel appearing for the respondent, husband tenders affidavit-in-reply of the respondent dated 6 November 2025. In the said affidavit, in paragraph no.1, it has been stated that the respondent has 'no objection' if present Misc. Civil Application is allowed.

In view of the affidavit-in-reply filed by the respondent, husband, present Misc. Civil Application is allowed in terms of prayer clause (a).

The proceedings of Marriage Petition No. 53/2024/A be transferred to the Family Court at Nashik Road at Nashik, within a

Diksha Rane 19. MCA 578-24.doc period of four weeks from today. The hearing of the said Petition is hereby expedited.

4.

The parties to co-operate with learned Judge for the early disposal of the proceedings.

5.

Both the parties through their Advocates undertake that they will not seek unnecessary adjournments.

6.

On a fair request being made by learned counsel for the parties, parties are free to approach the Mediation Centre of the District Court Nashik, in order to resolve their disputes amicably. 6.1 If such application is made before the Mediation Centre at Nashik, a trained Mediator be appointed in order to resolve the dispute between the parties.
