After this matter was argued for some time, learned counsel appearing for respondent, on instructions of his client, who is present before this Court, has no objection if the proceedings are transferred from Alibaug to Belapur.

Hearing of both Petitions is hereby expedited. 4.

Parties are permitted to attend Court proceedings via video conference, however, if the Judges are of the opinion that physical appearance is necessary, the parties must appear before the Court in person.
