This Court vide order dated 03.11.2023 in Writ Petition No.7505/2023, while disposing of the petition directed the present respondent (respondent No.3 therein) to decide the appeal being Appeal No.150/2023 within a period of three months from the date of the order.

The learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the respondent herein heard the matter at least five times, three of which were prior to the order dated 03.11.2023 and two subsequent to, however, the appeal is not decided until today.
