The present contempt petition is filed by the petitioner contending that this Court granted a statusquo on 01.08.2024 and it was expected on the part of the respondent not to proceed with the construction activities. As on the date when the status-quo order was granted, the construction was not completed and therefore, the respondent has committed disobedience of the order passed by this Court on 01.08.2024. 3.
Per contra, learned counsel for the respondent would submit that when the status-quo order was granted, the construction was already completed and therefore, he submits that there was no any disobedience on the part of the respondent.

The status-quo order is being interpreted by both the parties, one is saying that construction is already completed and another is contending that after the status-quo order, the construction was completed. 5.
Considering the above, as the disputed facts, are involved in the matter that whether the construction was carried before or after the status-quo granted by this Court. Therefore, I find that the petitioners failed to bring any material to suggest that respondent's committed contempt.

In view thereof, I do not find any substance to entertain the contempt petition, accordingly, the present contempt petition is disposed of. No order as to costs. (S IDDHESHWAR S. THOMBRE J.
