CORAM
: M.W. CHANDWANI, J.
DATE : 24 th JANUARY, .
By order dated 09/10/2023, the School Tribunal, Nagpur allowed the appeal of the petitioner and set aside the termination order dated 25/11/2013 and also directed respondent Nos.1 and 2 to reinstate the petitioner with continuity in service with full back wages and all consequential benefits within one month from the date of order.
02] The contention is that inspite of requesting the School in writing, the petitioner has not been reinstated, nor she has been paid any back wages. On the contrary, she was informed that the Secretaryrespondent No.1 had instructed the Headmistress-respondent No.2 not to reinstate the petitioner and thereby refused to comply with the order of the School Tribunal. Therefore, this present petition for contempt has been filed.
03] Issue notice to the respondents, returnable within three weeks.
