Mr. Neeraj Patil, learned A.G.P. submits that the subject matter of the present contempt petition has been assailed by them before the learned Supreme Court and the notices are issued. He, however, fairly concedes that there is no stay in the matter. It would be, therefore, necessary to call upon the A.G.P. to file reply.

He further relies on order in Contempt Petition No.345/2022 passed at the Principal Seat as also in Contempt Petition No.693/2023 passed at the Aurangabad Bench to state that in the identical matters the said Benches have disposed of the petitions.

In view of the fact that the order of which contempt is alleged has not attained finality and the SLPs challenged in the same are pending before the Hon'ble Apex Court. It would

The A.G.P. is therefore, directed to ascertain the present status of the SLPs along with the order on affidavit-inreply which is to be filed on or before 30th January, 2026. (NANDESH S.
