(2) It appears that vide order dated 12/02/2025, the Petitioner has been appointed as Assistant Public Prosecutor. (3) As such, the Contempt is purged and the Proceedings are dropped.

(4) It is the contention of the Petitioner that he may be compensated for his delayed appointment, however, he may agitate the same by initiating separate Proceedings.

(5) The Contempt Petition stands disposed of.
