This Court vide order dated 28/03/2024 directed respondent No.1 to decide the claim of the petitioner for grant of approval within a period of twelve weeks. 3.

The respondents have filed affidavit on 25/08/2025 stating that decision is taken in respect of approval vide order dated 15/04/2025.

In view of this decision, the petitioner has fresh cause of action to file petition. The present contempt petition stands disposed of as has become infructuous.
