DATE : 08.12.2025 In terms of the order of this Court dated 05.12.2025, the petitioners as well as the respondent placed on record their respective affidavits. The same is taken on record.

The respondent in his affidavit dated 07.12.2025 made a categorical statement that he is ready to deposit the entire balance amount towards the maintenance on 22.12.2025 i.e. the date fixed before the Lower Court. 3.

Learned Counsel for the petitioners stated that the outstanding amount of maintenance is Rs.4,95,000/- whereas, according to the respondent, some amount has been deposited by way of cheque on 20.11.2025 and therefore, the amount of Rs.3,00,000/- is balanced in the

48 cp 53-2024.odt matter.

This Court is not going on this disputed fact at this stage, the same can be considered later on.

Presently, the respondent made a statement on oath that the amount of maintenance will be paid on 22.12.2025.

The statement is accepted.

7.

If the amount is not paid in terms of affidavit, it is made clear this Court will take serious note and proceed with the Contempt Petition.
