Mr. Kunte, learned counsel appearing for the respondents has made a statement that the plan of the petitioner is already sanctioned by issuing demand note. 2.
The learned counsel for the petitioner, on instructions from the petitioner, who is present in the court, submits that the petitioner intends to question the demand note, as according to him, the same is unreasonable.

However, the petitioner has no objection in disposing of the present contempt petition.

As such, the petition stands disposed of as the contempt is purged.
