Learned counsel for the respondent no.2 - Kantabai Deepak Kashap states that on the date of passing of the order dated 09/01/2024 (pg.94), she was not in possession.

That being the case, the respondent no.2 is directed to deliver the possession to the petitioner today itself and report such delivery by tomorrow. In case the same is not done, the Court will be constrained to take action against the respondent no.2.
