CONTEMPT PETITION NO. 94 OF 2024 Heard learned counsel for the petitioner.

Vide order dated 12.02.2024 in Writ Petition No. 975/2024 stay was granted to the impugned order dated 28.11.2023.

The respondent/Naib-Tahsildar was represented by the learned AGP in the said petition. Inspite of stay granted by this Court from 12.02.2024, the said respondent mutated the entries in the survey records vide order dated 13.02.2024 and that to without issuing notices or giving any opportunity to the petitioner and other effected persons. 4.

Issue formal notice to the respondent, returnable on 05.04.2024.
