Advocate Mr. Vaidya, learned counsel for respondent no.1 submits that the obstruction is already removed and the width of the road of 81⁄4 ft. from the western boundary of Survey No.60 is already maintained and as such the order passed by this Court in writ petition is complied with. He submits that respondent no.1 has already filed on record affidavit-in-reply dated 05.07.2025 accompanied with the panchnama conducted by the Circle Officer mentioning the fact that the road to the extent of 81⁄4 ft. is left. As such he submits that there is no contempt. 3.

In order to afford one opportunity to the petitioner, put up the matter for further consideration on 13.08.2025.
