The learned counsel for petitioner submits that, in view of the statement of the learned Assistant Government Pleader that the name of the petitioner was included in the list maintained for compassionate appointment in Group-C on 25.04.2023, nothing survives in this petition. 2.

However, the learned counsel for petitioner seeks liberty to make an application for proper placement of the petitioner in the said list. The liberty as sought for is granted. 3.
