This Contempt Petition has been filed for non-compliance of the order dated 05/10/2023 passed in Writ Petition No. 2652 of 2023.

Learned counsel appearing for the parties jointly submit that the directions given in the order have been complied with. However, it is pointed out by the learned counsel appearing for the petitioners that salary to petitioner Nos.2 to 7 has not been paid from November 2024 onwards. 3.

In view of aforesaid submissions, liberty is reserved to the petitioner Nos.2 to 7 to take recourse to such remedy as may be available to them in law with regard to the non payment of salary from November 2024 onwards.
