DATE : 24TH JUNE, 2025 By this contempt petition, the petitioner is alleged that there is non-compliance of the order passed by this Court on 11/08/2023. This Court by the order dated 11/08/2023, directed the respondent to process the proposal forwarded to his office within a period of two weeks in accordance with law.

Today, the learned counsel for the respondent pointed out that by the order dated 23/04/2024, there is a compliance of the order and directions issued by this Court vide order dated 11/08/2023 and accordingly, the proposal, which was forwarded to his office has been decided before issuing the notice in the contempt petition i.e. on 23/04/2024.

In view of the above, there is no disobedience on the part of the respondent as alleged by the petitioner. Hence, the notice issued to the respondent is dropped and the contempt petition is disposed of.
